I have been exercising since I was a like 5 but my dad never let me take things serious. He was a bodybuilder, and I have the blood, and time to do it I am 15 and I started 6 months ago, and I all ready see results. But I am not trying to get big now because My body still hasn't developed fully. The thing is that I was 210 pounds, and I wanted to lose that , so I did Now I weigh 175. My dad tells me I'm not seeing results anymore because I'm losing more and more weight, and fast. He says I should stay were I am at because I'm trying to build muscle. SO if I lose weight I wont have any where to put the muscle.
Now the Question:
Should I stay the same, and Get allot of muscle mass, and then Start burning fat after I get big, so that I could see the muscle
Should I eat allot so I could get more muscle?
