I go to an all girl's school. and everyone there is pretty sporty.so i'm surrounded by stick thin athletes.don't get me wrong,i'm fairly athletic but not as much as they are and i'm not the greatest at sport.(i'd like to think i'm good but i just have fun) so i was wondering if anybody had ideas to help me out on the weightloss issue.i only want to get rid of a few kilos.(the school canteen is so hard to resist!!!!........)

  1. Honeslty, all those other c**p diets and pills DO NOT work, the best thing is watching what you eat, and a lot of exercise, it sounds simple, but it took me about two months to lose 20 pounds with that deit, and it works wonders, i feel better and im in much better shape.


  2. stay away from trans-fats(don't touch french fries), take the stairs, drink lots of water(no soda), eat more fruit and veggies and join the ymca. =)

    your young, so you'll loose weight easy.

  3. Ok here's the secret ok, you need to eat small portions of good for you food, the best is chicken and tuna (albacore)  and snack through the day instead of eating big meals. So you snack on like string cheese, beef jerky, and almonds, not salted they kinda suck but trader joes has good ones.Then when you work out you need to lift weights because when you body builds muscle it burns a ton of fat and turns fat into muscle. go like 5 days a week to the gym or whatever and work out for an hour. You will be Amazed on you very new body!! Also meal replacement shakes are good to go with the snacking. also caffene pills bring yer heart rate up so you matabolism is goin faster, but dont take them and go work out or it will be bad news haha just take em and do normal **** ok !!

  4. Watch your carbohydrate intake! Stay away from processed foods and refined sugar as often as possible, and eat as many whole grain products as you can.

  5. make points to walk to depending on the fat the food is,,, if reall yummy then a far point like the bridge ect,,,, be commited to the system and eat what you want as long as you know it requires a long walk to burn it off...by the way every one is different so be proud of who you are sweets

  8. Jog/run Do it everyday for atleast 15-30 min. It gets you a great body and it makes your heart healthier.  

  9. believe it or not, cardio is good for many parts of your body. running or jogging can flatten your abs and tone your legs. if your wanting a full body workout that is fun then i suggest striptease, kickboxing, or poledancing classes and/or videos. just remember to stretch before any form of physical activity, especially striptease,  or you can get seriously injured.
