ok,in the dream im with my ex girlfriend and im fingering her,and she moans a lot .

I would guess sexual frustration seems to be finding an outlet of release through your dreams. I'm no expert but i would think that the reason that it would be an ex is because of the fact that you knew her and what she looked like. I would think that it be very rare of your mind to make up a face (or body) that you haven't seen before or are familiar with; or maybe you just want her back or still have some lust for her.
