Weird out of focus eye...?

Lately my right eye has been acting up..it's a tiny bit out of focus, like when your eye is deeper than the prescription you have for it. sometimes it's normal, though. Anyone have any idea whats up?

Sorry I don't know the medical term for it, but it is not good. You need to go to an eye doctor to get it checked out. Please go get it checked out before it gets worse. Good luck!!!!
