Question:

Weird recurring dreams?

This may all sound stupid but it's just my dreams.

My first dream started last week and in it I was fixing to get married to a vampire. I was happy but something about him just seemed... Different. I wasn't with him much. I was with people, my mother, and his father trying to get me ready for the wedding. Is it possible to think in your dreams? Actually think? Cause I did as if it were real. It's hard to explain. I finally met him when we at a dinner rehearsal and I was terrified because I had to make a speach about something... As I was about to make the speach my mother banged on my door and woke me up :(.

Now, every night I've been having just simple dreams, but there's always a vampire or two in it. They're just there for a moment like they're watching and studying me then they're gone. I see them for a second and then they're gone. A couple of time I could sense that they were there.

This has been happening every single night for the past week. I'm not scarred or anything justa little uncomfortable. Not really uncomfortable just… Curious I guess. I don’t mind that they’re there, just curious on why they’re always there, what they want, when will they go away.

  1. I am quite concerned for your safety.  In this dream, and in your previous dreams, I see indication that you are the focus of a group of spiritual entities who are not what they would like you to think they are.  There are 4 types of spiritual beings, as far as I can understand (though each type may have levels of power and authority).

First, there is God, who is a Spirit.  He is the Creator.

Then, He created angels, who are also spirit.

At one point 1/3 of these angels decided they wanted to BE gods (even though they were only created beings, not the Creator) so they rebelled and left to do their own thing.  So that makes the 3rd group... Demons.

The fourth kind of spirit is the human spirit.  Some of us are "clothed in flesh" and some of us are not (those who have died).  I do not believe ghosts are free to roam the earth, communicating with the living, though sometimes the demons pretend to be spirits of the departed.

The purpose of demons is to lure us to them so we will follow them and give them the attention and "worship" they crave. They appear as "angels of light" or other attractive beings in order to deceive us.  I see evidence of this in your life, in your previous posts.

Angels (not the rebel angels/demons) do not normally interact with people.  Demons lure us so that we will worship them, angels are careful to avoid attracting our attention to themselves because they want our focus to be on God and on other people around us.  We would be overwhelmed by their beauty and power and turn to them for all our guidance and needs.  They are not so much higher than we are in the spiritual order.  We humans are God's most beloved creation.  The Bible says He created us in His own image (spiritually) and that makes us in some way His children in a way that the angels are not.  Angels are his servants and they find their satisfaction in carrying out His directions  We, however, have been given a creative spirit (like God) and a strong desire for love (like God).  So, even when compared to Angels, we humans are the more favored of God's creation.  The things we go through here on earth prepare us for an incredible spiritual reality far beyond the pale shadows even the most intuitive people can perceive.

If the demons can distract and charm you with the little bit of "supernatural wonder" they can show you, they know it will keep you from pursuing the reality of the God who created you and inheriting your full rights and place as God's special delight, His joy.  We are His joy and it pleases the demons to lure us from Him, because in that way they get our adoration and also break God's heart.

I, too, have been "watched" by a spirit being (while awake).  It did not declare itself in any way, but I know it was there... just watching.  Since it had no message to deliver and no allegiance to declare, I silently prayed, "God, I don't know who is here, but if this presence is not from you, make it leave." Then it was gone.

Angels do their work silently, unobtrusively, most of the time, unless they have a message to deliver.  If we, overwhelmed by their glory, bow before them, they say, "NO!  I am a fellow servant of God, just as you are.  Do not bow to me.  Worship God."    Demons, however, want to draw our attention to themselves.  To allow any being in my home or life who has not made their intentions or loyalties known is dangerous, whether they have skin on or not!  This calls for great caution.  The very fact that these entities are showing up in your dreams as vampires instead of angels is a clue to their true nature.  Vampires have ALWAYS been a symbol for evil and life draining qualities.  Your inner spirit recognizes this, but your  mind is arguing in their favor, even in your dreams.  Your spirit is right.  Your mind is blinded in this matter.

Do you have a Bible?  Try reading it and see if these entities begin to be unpleasant in some way.  Or if you have frightening dreams.  If you spend time praying to God for wisdom (in your mind, not out loud, at first) and reading the Bible, and even playing music about Jesus, they will either leave, or they will demonstrate their anger in some way.  They HATE God and want nothing to do with Him.

If you do elicit a negative response, call to Jesus for help.  Speak His name aloud.  He is God, and the demons know it and fear Him.

  2. Vampires are symbols of evil and darkness.  Metaphorically, humans can act as vampires ("suck the blood out of") toward one another.  You find the vampires curious and you do not fear them and they are interested apparently in having you marry into their family.

I suspect in your speech you have to announce that you are committed to going through with the marriage or that you have decided to pull out.  You could not make the speech in the dream because in real life you have not yet decided.

Be careful the type of person you choose to marry and for what reasons.  People of power and wealth are like vampires to those living exploited at the bottom of the economic ladder.  People of power and wealth often base their decisions in business and industry on what will further their own power and wealth and not what is in the best interest of humanity in terms of environmental, human health, or social consequences.

Your mother may be among those promoting you to marry based upon false values.

  3. To see a vampire in your dream, symbolizes seduction and sensuality, as well as fear and death. The vampire represents contrasting images of civilized nobility and aggression/ferocity. It may depict someone in your waking life whose charm may ultimately prove harmful. Deep down inside you know that this person is bad for you, yet you are still drawn to it. Vampires also sometimes relate to decisions about s*x and losing your virginity. Alternatively, to see a vampire suggests that you are feeling physically or emotionally drained. The vampire may also be symbolic for someone who is addicted to drugs or someone in an obsessive relationship.
