Weird vision?

Whenever someone presses a button on a tv controller (remote whatever) i see a red flash of light. This only started recently and my dad said it's not normal, should I be concerned?...

it sounds like your vision is able to pick up part of the infrared spectrum which is usually invisible to us, ( it is used in remote controls), infrared is in the slow wave length section of the spectrum so if it really bothers you i would try drinking coffee, this stimulant should "speed up" your brain thus shutting out the slow infrared wave lenghts that you keep seeing as red flashes. not many people have this ability, you would make a great medical research subject. ( they should compensate you $)-blurey
