Weird vomit related question?

I just got over the stomach flu and was vomiting a bit. my question is... why does it seem as if everything moves in slow motion but seems fast at the same time right as your running towards the toilet but then speeds up to normal the moment you vomit?

I hope this makes sense...

It's the flu part that is making you feel like that.  Do you have a fever?  

When there are toxins in your body & you are sick it can alter your senses...then you rid yourself of the toxins.

*L* yeah I know.  I guess because your brain doesn't want to go there but has to move the body anyway so it's in a fog.  Blah!
