I must admit i did not manage to watch the england game( no sky sports) altho i did watch the welsh game. But after they kept on cheering everytime the england scoreline was mentioned...i found this very disrespectful.I and many english rugby fans would root for them along with scotland and ireland...i see us all as one. Or should i say i was thinking along those lines. But Now,i hope the welsh players get stuffed in all the games that they play.It just goes to show what a backward bunch of welsh tossers they are and still live in the dark ages. Its no wonder people say that the welsh are very racist towards the english......yesturday they proved it.

  1. Good God man ... its always been like this in the rugby ... us Welsh have put up with years of abuse from the english as far as the rugby goes !!

Rugby is a friendly game and its always had friendly banter, of course we love to cheer when u are losing its all part of the fun !

Take a chill pill and dont be so serious !! Your attitude stinks ... and we certainly dont need your english support .... not playing too well at the moment are u !?!

    Cymru am Byth

  2. crazy I know.

The Irish are much the same - the "Anyone but England Brigade".

I watch these matches and though I'm born English, like to see all the home countries do well.

I'll still support Wales & Ireland when they're playing Aussies or All Blacks etc.

OK so a lot of their fans are moronic. England winning the last world cup has lifted the standard of all the Northern Hemisphere teams especially Ireland, Wales & Scotland but Italy too.

Sadly some of the so called supporters of  Gaelic teams don't appreciate this fact & do not realise that they should see the whole picture rather than getting eaten up with prejudice & wearing "blinkers"

  3. Why do you think of them as one? Ireland is a completely independent country.

  4. welshchick is absolutely right.its just the way things are.im a springbok supporter and i tell you that most people here would cheer for the other team when they play england.i suppose its just history.i particularly like watching the six nations and seeing teams like wales, scotland, ireland and france beat the english.its just gives that victory something special knowing the history and rivalries between england and the other teams.

  5. I was there at the stadium cheering when England were losing.  Afterwards went to the pub and celebrated 2 things: Wales winning and England losing.

  6. Well when Wales won the grand slam i watched the Wales V France match in Cornwall with the most arrogant English twats ever, We were a bunch of girls on a hen weekend and had to put up with abuse all night off drunken idiots. I am not that narrow minded to think all English rugby fans are *****, just the ones in the pub that night, maybe you should realise that just because a few people like to watch England loose (and i am one of them if they are playing Wales, Scotland or Ireland) doesn't mean every Welsh person does.

    ripjackrussell i love you  x

  7. You need to chill out.........it has always been the case in rugby, it is all part of the banter, in footie there would be a bar room brawl maybe a few stabbings!

I have been with English fans when Wales lose and received the same treatment! You give as good as you get and banter back!

It is a known fact, and not just with the Welsh, but many countries all over the world, that they support 2 teams, their country and who ever England are playing! Why, maybe coz they are all miserable gits like you!

As for us getting stuffed.......no chance mate!

  8. GET OVER YOUR SELF YOU  IDIOT. WE ARE RACIST TOWARDS THE ENGLISH BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL SELF IMPORTANT "TOSSERS".  AS FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF WELSH RUGBY FANS I HAVE 3 WORDS FOR YOU TO MULL OVER...... "ENGLISH FOOTBALL HOOLIGANS"!!! THE MOST RACIST, UNEDUCATED, FOUL, LOUTISH BACKWARD PIGS OF PEOPLE IN THE HISTORY OF SPORTS!

  9. I have never met anyone so rude anddisrespectful as the welsh! I have travelled the world watching rugby and never felt so intimidated and abused as when we went to Cardiff. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  10. Whats the problem, its just a bit of fun, lively banter, England have had their moment in the sun recently.

We lost and we played poorly, so what if the Welsh want to revel in it, its good natured in rugby, thats why you can have a punch up on the pitch and then chat about it in the bar afterwards, its not life and death just a bit of fun

  11. Since the WC win.

The attitude of the fans from Scotland, Wales, Australia and New Zealand has gotten past a joke. Their pathetic insecurities are being exposed, but I for one don't care to hear about them.

The coaches, players and commentators from Australia and New Zealand can include themselves in with this pathetic bunch.

Brush those chips off your shoulders, stand-up straight, get over whatever mummy and daddy did to you, and bloody well grow up.

  12. it is because of the way english fans carry on in other countrys ie they came 2 lansdown road 4  football match and see wat

happend its about time ye could c that . up

    the irish

  13. Its the English media that do all the damage. 3 pages about England losing in any sunday newspaper and 3 lines about Wales winning, 3 lines about Scotland winning and 3 lines about Ireland winning.

and you have to remember that England has 20 time the number of players to pick from so when they get beaten by one of the outnumbered home countries -oh  how all of us laugh

Its the smug TV presentors that really hack us off - you know who we are talking about Mr Guscott - so when the English get STUFFED  - oh how we laugh

  14. It,s not just the Welsh who  cheer for the " other side " against England. It is every other nation in the world. The reason for this is purely down to your arrogance as a nation which seems to think it is better than any other. So when You fail you leave yourselves open.

P.S. As for being backward check your spelling of " yesterday ".
