I know Vitamin Shoppe has the liquid form, as do many other health food stores.  Drug stores wouldn't have it.

I know the best chlorophyll source is Chlorella, a blue green algae that has the highest value of chlorophyll on earth in all foods..... and the best liquid form of chlorella in the market (as far as I know) is "Algomed", a German make... google Algomed and find out where to buy it...

Lots of natural foods stores carry liquid chlorophyll. Some may even carry a selection to choose from. Natural foods stores are a great place to buy organic and vegan foods, plus some of them carry other things such as natural toothpastes, soaps lotions, medicines, water filters ect.
