Wetsuit tears ok?

I need a triathlon wetsuit and found a good one on craigs list, but I have a question. I how critical are rips? The wetsuit has a 2 inch rip in the very front of the wrist. can that be repaired with special glue? Or do i need to sew it? I really prefer just the glue.

unless hes basically giving it to you i'd keep looking, well at least for surfing the wetsuit is supposed to be tight enough to keep water out and keep you warm, theres plenty of better deals

Unless you have tried one on for size I would not buy one online. Go to a tri store and get fitted first. Like clothes not all wetsuits fit alike

Definately don't buy the one with a rip.
