Hi Curly mate, I don't have a clue, but it seems to me that        

there are thousands of co notations   for the reference 710, apart from it being a number which is upside down.    including  road number, a certain criterion,IE what is the basic entrance requirement, the 710. There are so many possible responses.

It's a blonde chick at a auto repair shop asking for a replacement oil cap...she read it upside down... OIL upside down is 710.
