I heard it has something to do with engines in cars. An Oil cap? Is it? Is it true?

    there are thousands of co notations   for the reference 710, apart from it being a number which is upside down.    including  road number, a certain criterion,IE what is the basic entrance requirement, the 710. There are so many possible responses.
