  1. BDSM is a venn diagram sort of acronym, it stands for

Bondage & Discipline, Dominance & Submission, Sadism & Masochism (or sometimes just sadomasochism, depending on your source).

It's an umbrella term for a number of activities relating to bondage, restrain, pain play, power exchange, sensory deprivation, role play, fetishes and more.  While it is typically related to in terms of sexuality, not all BDSM is strictly sexual in nature.

Because it is an umbrella term it covers a very wide range of things, and can refer to something relatively tame such as teasing someone who is gently tied to the bed to the more extreme leather & latex dungeon fantasies.

  2. bondage, discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism

  3. lots and lots of grown up and kinky fun!

  4. Fun

(whoever gave me the thumbs down needs a spankin')

  5. BDSM = bondage/domination/sado-masochism.  Google any of the terms for more info (further explanation here is not appropriate -- too many young people reading these).
