okay, so last night my mama made some really good chicken with cheese and bacon on top and it had barbecue sauce on it too. it's delicious. i think it's called monterrey chicken or something like that. try it, its soooooooooo good.

Tonight I'm making meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes and fresh Peas I found at the framers market today. But if I had 5 kids to feed on a friday night, I'd order a pizza! make it easy on yourself.

I'm cooking - baking salmon, having rice with sauteed onions, mixed veggies and a Caesar salad.

My family goes out a lot on tuesdays and monday and somtimes tuesdays but if you want to not gain a lot of fat cook if you do go out I suggest a place called manerin but a bit pricy
