@ work right now, me and my boss aren't sure what we should snack on back here...we're in a grocery market, so the possibilities are endless....well not really all we have is an oven and microwave

Ifi were you, i would go for Pizza Chicken.

Flatten some chicken breast. Mix tomato paste with taco powder. Spread on chicken breast. Top with avocado, onion, pineapple, ham (whatever you like really) and sprinkle with light grated cheese. Bake in the oven until chicken is cooked through. I actually got this out of a diet cookbook. Awesome.
