What's going on with me???

First off, please do not answer if it's going to be sarcastic. This is a serious question and I'm a little scared about this.

Lately I have had some very strange things happen with my body starting with my nipples being very itchy and sore (only for two days), then constant urination (about 1+ an hour, but each time I do actually go, not like a UTI describes), then for two days my temperature went wacky (hot then cold then hot..etc), I've had back pain in my lower back off and on, trouble sleeping every night, my eczema has flared up worse than ever for no apparent reason, and as of about a week ago, I completely stopped passing discharge. I normally do a little everyday for as long as I have menstruated, but it has stopped completely. I also began seeing a small amount of blood when I urinate. Not much at all and so far only twice in the last three days.

I'm not looking for a diagnosis, I plan to make a doctors appointment tomorrow when they re-open. I'm looking for anyone who has experienced symptoms like these that can offer advice or relate to what it may be. A little comfort comes from knowing what it may be.

I'm scared, I've never felt so helpless. I have no idea whats going on.

I can relate with this. For me it was kidney stones. That doesn't mean it is the same for you though. Waiting for blood tests is a bit of a pain.  My Doc gave me antibiotics to start with just in case there was an infection.Best wishes and I hope that you will be feeling better soon.UK

some of the symptoms sound like pregnancy,

but then again, others dont.

all i can suggest is make that doctors appointment and get an experts opinion.
