What's happened to ebay?

Question

Used to be so reliable. Now I find the emails disappear, the messages don't show up and sellers aren't notified of payment sent straight away - or is it just me having a problem? Incidentally, you can opt out of the new format if you want to, I wish I had known that before!

I have definitely lost my faith in ebay I got ripped off this week and lost £250 on ebay and they are still allowing this Fraudster on and they will not help with the case very let down!

Thankfully, I haven't encountered any problems so far, either buying or selling.

I have to confess, I did prefer the old format and would, if I could, change it back, but I'm dashed if I know how!

It's just you.  Don't rely on email to be notified of a payment.  When you've sold items, check your PayPal account regularly.

My eBay does show when a payment has posted.  Usually.  Still it's best to check it at PayPal.

ebay is fine for me. ive had no problems. emails arrive straight away. messages are there. i found a" click here to opt out of new format" button  and everything is fine. i dont know where to find the opt out buton . sorry. it just appeared

but i have no problems at all with ebay

I have to admit Old Boy, that ebay is becoming farcical in it's reliability.

And now you can not leave negative feedbavk as a seller. I alas have vista and ebay and vista do not seem to agree. So do not worry you are not alone.
