Yes it is a children's game  -  two kids holding hands in the air, each trying to catch the most children passing underneath

Koljander, koljander is the song played or sang while a row of kids pass through under the linked arms of two kids. When the music stops the arms are dropped and, one kid is caught. The game continues and the kids who are caught form part of the trap.
