Is it really free betting money, or is it a scam? It seems a little too good to be true.

It's legitimate.  The way they make money is through advertising, which pays them more money than people betting 10 cents could.  It never asks for any personal information, credit card number, etc.  Try it out here:

Yep, its completely free. Just like many other sites, they get a ton of traffic and make loads of advertising money. You start with 10 cents and need to get up to $20 to have a chance of cashing out, so most people don't even get money from it. Here's a link to register:
