What's this bug?

i have these bugs. they are skinny worm, long, black and i think have a few legs. they are in my carpet and i have seen quite a few of them. they are not a big problem but i kinda don't like laying on the carpet

im pritty sure they are called silverfish. you should call an exstremanator.=)

I would not dare lay on the carpet either.  Call an exterminator.

Silverfish hunting was a hobby of mine when young.  Usually, I notice them though on the walls, though they are of course on the carpet as well.  They've survived 300 million years, so they're here to stay, but feel free to destroy the suckers.

EWW!!!! GROSS!!! they could be like lice or centipedes or anything? GROSS CALL AN EXTERMAINATOR

they sound like centipedes. maybe a few bug traps and keeping food out of that room will help
