What's up with my vacuum?

The brush on my vacuum won't turn, but the suction is working. Do you think it's the belt?

  1. The belt and possibly the support bearings on the end of the beater bar. Be certain the bar turns freely, then replace the belt.


  2. most likely the belt slipped off or broke. Remove the cover on the bottom and inspect
