I have had 3 high-fin tetras for about 3.5 years. They live in a ten gallon tank, and I have not intoduced any new fish, or changed their enviroment dramatically in the last few years. I feed them once a day, and change the filter, water, and chemicals regularly. When I was feeding them the other day I noticed that on of their bodies seems smaller. Their body is usually oval shaped, and about 1.5 inches long, but it seems like the top of this fish's head is now flat, instead of rounded. The back /tail also appears to be split down the middle, like the fluke of a whale. The fish swims at a slightly upward angle, instead of completely horizontal. Are these symptoms just my fish getting old and dying, or is there something I can do to help it. The other two fish seem perfectly healthy.
