What's your signature move?

okay SAHM & Ds... everyone has a quick time saver, or go to recipe, or something that they do to make a chore easier, in general... a quick example (totally random) putting all small children's sock into a mesh bag for washing so they won't get lost.

i am trying to become a more efficient house keeper, and i want your help. also, it will be fun to make a list we can all share to make our lives easier.

so, what's your secret?

When a baby wont stop crying I rock him in the football hold on his stomach with his cheeck on my forearm. Almost always works. i think they like the change of scenery.

and I hear Mylacon is a lifesaver for uncontrollable crying.

I usually cook dinner while my brats down for a nap between 12-3 and let it simmer or slow cook until dinner, unless we're having chicken nuggets and fries, lol. Frees up a lot of time in the evenings, and I don't do dishes till my brat goes to be between 8-830(no later than that, mommy needs her time too, lol)

3 of my kids are at a close age range so they all share the same socks, i put them all in one box and thats their go to for socks instead of putting them in thier dresser drawer, they get lost in there with the jamies and all.

i cant live without 2 freezers!

we threw up some hooks on a wall going to my downstairs for coats and such.

my bathroom is too small for a hamper so i use a small laundry basket and have a huge wicker basket out in the hallway.

pick things up along the way to save time and don't let things pile up. i'm really young but my mum still expects me to help out around the house!
