What Can Mii's Actually Do?

I dont mean like you can play them in wii sports and other games i mean what can they do in the Mii Channel like talk run etc.

you can enter them into popularity contests in the "check mii out" channel, which is free to download

You can enter contests with Miis in check mii out. But you can't control them and talk to other miis or anything. They're really just for the fun of actually creating yourself and other people only animated. It's weird, but they don't really do anything. I got bored with that very quickly.

In the Mii Channel you can create, edit and delete the Mii's, you can transfer them to other Wii consoles, and you can receive other people's Mii's.

You can also arrange a parade with the Mii's.
