What Do Fresh Water Lobsters Eats?

Ok well i went fishing with my friends at this park , and at this park they have a real big pond or mini lake i guess , alot of people go there to catch lobster or cat fish or little fishes , but any way i cought a lobster , it looks liek one i guess it has claws , and a tail liek a fin liek thing at the end and it has, 6 legs...his eyes pop out im not sure what it is but im keeping it and i wanna know what they eat , the bate we used was worms , and i guess it was eating that but idk maybe it got cought on the hook and i grabbed him but maybe they eat them so please help me out

  1. It sounds like you caught a cray fish that looks like a lobster.

    I would recommend looking up crayfish on the net and see what you can find.

    They eat dead fish - each other and almost anything else they can get on the bottom, normally they are found in around rocks which they use for cover...they are scavengers that normally hang around rocky areas and streams...

    They are excellent bait for bass, trout and other fresh water gamefish with the best size between 2-3 inches.   I have caught them much longer...

    The Cajuns eat them like most people eat shrimp and the french eat them too...
