What Does This Tattoo Mean ?

I'm thinking about getting this design tattooed on my bicep and i wanted to know does anyone know what it means? and do you think its cool?

My opinion is it has no meaning in your

life,which is the first reason for getting

a tat. Purpose and class should also

play an important part of this design.

Plus it's ugly. Take a step back and

rethink why and what you really want

Tribal sun and moon tattoos are a representation of the cycles and duality of the natural world, also the dual sides of humanity: good and evil.

You might want to know that it is considered an insult when a non-member wears a tribal tattoo.

Everything set aside, it is a slightly creepy but very well designed piece of art.

Before you put this on your body, ask yourself: Does this have a personal meaning to me? Is it a true representation of my personality?

it can show that u have kinda of a split personality at times

it looks cool but i would bring it to a tattoo place and have them add some more stuff to it and add there own artistic design to it ti will make it more unique and better looking

but i like the idea of it

Everyone has a different opinion I guess, but I think mutiple personalitys.  Like different sides, as in two different people.

it can mean anything you want it to!

designs like that usually represent two things, your partner and child, friends and family that sort of thing.  

lots of people have tattoos like that to represent change / past and present, if they dramatically change they're lifestyle, survive an accident or beat disease.

It's not really about what it means tot he viewer but more what it means to YOU .If you are asking here you are too young to make the decision.wait till your older and then it's not about what others think...remember it's is forever....

I don't think it really has a specific meaning. I think it is just a drawing.  It is not really something I am a fan of.  But it is your body so as long as you love it, thats all that matters. Good Luck!
