What Movie Is On MY 45?

So right now im watching MY45 on tv right now, and there playing a movie. The TV Guide says its Fish Dont Blink, but it not that movie. Its a scary movie about some monster that comes back every 23 years and eats humans for 23 days. Anyone know what this movie is called?

It's either Jeepers Creepers or Jeepers Creepers 2.  If it's a guy and a girl being chased in the vehicle(the guy being Justin Long) then it's the first one but if it's a team on a bus then it's the second one.
