  1. Dominik Hasek for sure. He is my favorite goalie of all time, and I know it is time for him to retire, but it still is sad to see him go. I never pictured him leaving Detroit, it was weird when he didn't play in the 2002-2003 season, and it was awkward seeing him in a Senators Sweater, but I'm gonna miss the dude.

  2. Hasek...

being a golie myself his style just stuck out to me! He was amazing to watch and learn from. But he had a great career and I will miss him!

  3. I will miss Dominik Hasek big time. He has been one of my favorites from the start. A great, acrobatic goalie. I'm just glad he stayed as long as he did.

  4. Sundin. if he takes that route. As quality players go,Sundin was our only option in Toronto.

  5. Jagr. he will always be one of the best players of my time. i grew up watching him and his 8ft mullet. i will miss it.

  6. Linden, I've just always liked him, it'll be weird watching the 'nucks without him next season.

  7. I will give you the complete opposite...I am very happy to see Jagr go...very happy almost as happy as when Messier left.

  8. linden for sure...just cause it was linden....how could you not love him.

  9. Jagr.  His all around puck skills will sorely be missed this season.  He isn't as great as he once was, but he continued to dominate in one on one situations.  He was always entertaining to watch simply because he could take over a game.

  10. Chris Simon.  He was someone everone hated and with some reason but he added a toughness to the sport that hockey really needs.  He was a loose cannon and it was nice to say "Well that guy is mean but at least he isn't as mean as Simon."  I will really miss him.

  11. Jagr or Selanne. Jagr will be missed in NY because he is in Russia. Selanne would be missed if he retires because he is a great player

  12. If he retires, Teemu Selanne; if he doesn't Jaromir Jagr.

As far as I know, Teppo Numminen's future is undecided at this point so I may have to "edit" my answer later on.

  13. Sabres Hasek. I was always preoccupied with his sprawling saves, immitating them when I was in the gear. Wings and Sens Hasek.......... Not so much. Teppo is looking like a regular again for the Sabres, habs_fan . He practiced with the team at the end of last year.

  14. If he retires Joe Sakic will be missed all around the NHL. He brought the avalanche to 2 stanley cup titles and still amazes today. All around the NHL he is known to be one of the best to ever play. He could make any c**p tastic teams like florida and atlanta into a force to be recon with. Lets hope he stays for one more year.
