What Would Impress You?

I am going to apply to the Radiology Technology program at my college. After applying you are interviewed. It is a very hard program to get into, and a lot of people apply. My acedemic advisor suggested that I volunteer at my local hospital and really do some research on radiology. I am going to "intern" at my mother's office, she's a radiology technologist, and actually get to see what she does and have the oppurtunity to interact with the patients. I am also going to read up on the subject so I have some general knowledge of radiology. What else could I do to "wow" the interviewers and show them that this is something I really want? I want to feel good going into the interview, but when I come out I want to know that I am going to be accepted into the program. So, if you were the interviewer, what would impress you?

The program is like that here too. It is so competitive and they insist that you no work!

Anyway, what you are planning on doing sounds good! I hope that you get in! The volunteering is good and the research is a unique idea.
