What about the Tornado?

I just want to know one little thing: Is the Tornado in GTA: San Andreas only driven by the Vagos? 'Cause I want to take over all the territory in Los Santos, but I don't want it to disappear for ever!

You can still find it after you take it over. But it's harder than sprouting wings and flying. You have one of two choices (or both)

1. Leave a little part of the Vagos territory just a tiny part.

2. Find a bunch of them (2 or more) and put them in a garage(s).

Also, they are harder to find in the second half of the game than in the first part of it.
