Flirt a little. Maybe sweet talk em. Not something cheezy like "Your eyes sparkle and i cant take mine off em: thats too lame. Try to be funny. Help them with carring their books and always ask questions about stuff like, "What are you doing this weekend" or maybe "Do you have a boyfriend?" or even "about her friends and how much homework she may have." and always compliment her. Especially on her hair and clothes. Mostley her hair. somethimes if u say you like her outfit that pops out the idea "f*g! f*g! f*g!" then your in friend city!

try and have strong self confidence approach her in a way that she wouldnt wont to refuse comment on girls eyes or their smile they love it if you are young dont worry their are plenty to *** ha ha ha!!
