What are AFL Training Sessions like?

I am goin to next week for one of the AFL teams here in Melbourne and I was wondering what you do there. For example, how long do they train for, are all the players usually there, is there a chance to meet them and get things signed, that sort of thing?

They usually train for about an hour or so.

Bring a camera, a texter & a guernsey (or any merchandise you wish to get signed) i went to an eagles training session last year and i got my guernsey fully signed with photos with about 6 eagles.

Its good just to watch them train & watch them go through their drills, which team are you watching?
