What are front venting clothes dryers?

what are the differences between front venting dryers and the normal ones?? thanks :)

It seems to be a UK thing to have a front loading washer/dryer, basically the circular door is on the front of the machine rather than on the top. I think front loading machines usually have a drawer to add product rather than just putting it straight in on the clothes.

But as for what is better/worse etc I really dont know, sorry!

I had one of these a few years ago.  There is no vent tube to the outside neither is there a condenser unit.  They are useful if you have no outside wall to vent to and cannot afford a condenser dryer but apart from that they fill the room up with steam.  Avoid at all costs.
