  1. t-shirts .25-.50 cents, nicer clothes $1 and up.  Paperback books .50 cents, hardback $1. Toys .25-$5 depending on the toy. GBA games $2-$5 DS games $10, board games $1-$3, vhs tapes- .50, dvds 2-$3, candles .25 for regular, 2.00 for expensive brands like yankee. Keep your prices fairly cheap and you should have succesful yard sale. Also, do not put price stickers on anything. Just tell them a price if they ask. stickers are intimidating and makes some people feel as if you are not willing to haggle.

  2. If you really want to get rid of the stuff then price it cheap.  GBA/Nintendo DS Games sale for $7-$10 each around here.  Board games, and toys don't really sell much.  Books sale from .25-$2.00 each, depending on the type of book.  Price the clothes at a price that you would pay for them at a yard sale.

    Good luck.

  3. Check the local thrift stores then price your stuff lower than what they do.

  4. I have several garage sales and have made several hundred dollars. What i've found is that the cheaper you make it the more you will sell. It all equals out but this way you will get rid of more stuff. I price books around .50-1.00, clothes .50 and up, i'd look up what the games sell for on ebay and go from there. People are always going to barter with you so just be prepared to come down. Good luck with your sale!
