What are hixon bracks contractions?

sorry about the spelling but i'm 35 weeks pregnant and i'm not sure how i no if i get them could some one discribe them for me

They're called Braxton Hicks contractions :)  They are (generally) painless contractions that show your uterus is getting ready to give birth - kind of like warm up exercises.  When they happen, your abdomen becomes very tight for a few seconds and then goes back to normal.  Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

Braxton Hicks contractions are false contractions because they are infrequent, irregular, and usually not as painful.  True labor contractions are frequent, regular, and gradually come closer together and become stronger and more intense.  You are getting close.   3. Braxton hicks contractions are your body practicing contractions. They are in my case a tight pulling sensation from my lower back across my abdomen. They have no normal intervals so are not real labor.
