What are my chances at FIU?

Question

After these budget cuts in Florida i keep hearing their acceptance rates will fall drastically, and i just don't know anymore.

About me:

Minnesota resident (though i will get Florida instate because my dad lives there)

GPA: 3.00 but i took AP classes as well as honors so my weighted is a lot different.

3 years track 1 year swimming. Involved in school: Diversity Committee (i painted a latino mural for this group came out awesome took me like a whole semester). Dare to Dream: a group of us Honors and AP kids that are mostly minorities that go talk to middle school kids about high school and encourage them to join Advance Placement classes.

I work a lot :) and the principal form my school loves me, so does this AP teacher who im hoping could get me a recomn. letter

I may also add that i am first generation to go to college and i am a Colombian male born in Colombia who came 5 years ago (i have double citizenship).

Also if there are any other schools in Florida for architecture that you could tell me about (that i possibly have a chance at) would help too

if you take out the I it sounds like FU!!! hahahaha and you all know what that stands for!!!!!
