What are pellets for birds?

I have herd that pellets are very good for birds but i don't no what they are, what they look like and where to get them

They are available at pet stores.

They are a better option to feed than seed. Seed contains very little nutritional value and is basically junk food.

Pellets contain all the vitamins and minerals that your bird needs.

You can get them all the same colour or multi coloured, my African Grey loves the coloured ones.

You should also feed fresh fruit and veg daily.

They are like cat/dog food, but for birds.  You can get them online or at your local pet store.

They are little, crunchy pieces of food. It's basically like dry dog/cat food, but for birds. They vary in color. Some can be colorful (fruit flavored ones) and others are a tanish color. You get them at a local pet store, ebay, petsmart, petco, etc. They are much healthier than a seed diet.
