Are you sure this is a car question?

I doubt you'll get to work in a "real" company, as there are a lot of "child labor" laws involved. You'll need your parent's signature to even start work, and there are limits to what kind of duty and hours you can work in every state.

You may be better off doing stuff like tutoring and such.
