Gosh, you're asking for a lot here!  It all depends on exactly what you want to fish for, what you want to fish with, where you want to fish and how you want to go about fishing for it.  If you listed a few more details, I might be able to help, but as it is it would be possible to fill several books with what you're asking for; sorry, but I just haven't got enough information!
