I have been playing for 4 years, what licks will benefit my playing?

depends on what style you want to play. you could look into some classical pieces, some blues pieces, some metal songs, etc.

i like coheed and cambria a lot, so i just play their songs. my playing has improved since i've started doing this.

play what you like and you can't go wrong.
