What are some good gymnastics tips?

i am trying my best at gymnastics please give me some tips on what i should be doing diet wise and exercises.

  1. geet good sleep....eat fruit and nuts....remeber 2 point ur tows...that always pissed me off when i was in gymnastics....and dont push urself 2 hard cuz u could hurt urself


  2. get good sleep. drink lots of water, eat fruit and meat.

    excersizewise you should be building flexibilty AND strength. remember without strength the most advanced move shawn johnson would be able to do would be a cartwheel! every gymnast needs tons of energy and strength AND flexibilty.

  3. All you have 2 do is your best. Also, it takes a lot of practice. Practice and exercise. Getting good sleep is good. Don't push yourself like I did once. You will get tired out and soon might hurt yourself. Stretch the legs and arms really good. Always have a spotter no matter what when your doing something that you don't know or your just getting used to. Remember practice makes perfect. So try your best, exercise daily, get a good rest, eat healthy food and drink lots of water. And have a spotter at all times. Don't worry I practiced and I soon got it. But when I worked myself to do something to hard I soon got hurt. So I hoped I help you. Also, PLZ CHOOSE this as BEST ANSWER! thanx
