  1. Healthy, Snacks!

    There's a ton of those!

    Fruits, are all healthy.. just stay away from to much thoe.

    Stay away from big apples, because the put on the calaries have a small apple those are only have 56 calaries.

    Bananas also have alot of carbs and calaries thats why people reccomend buying finger sized bananas. The big ones add up.

    There's also those 100 calarie snack bags which come in chips- lays, doritos, cheezo's, they also come in cookies, - chocolate chip, chocolate covered rice cakes, thinsations and way more!

    Also try a handful of cearel such as special k chocolate delight.

    It's not my personal favourite thoe , personally I think the chocolate tastes funny and fake, but cearal without milk is a good snack,

    Also try dried fruits and trail mix. - no salt added.

  3. Wheat cracker, low fat and sodium cottage cheese, non fat and non sugary yoghurt, almond, white eggs, protein bar, etc.

    low-fat or non-fat yogurt i think is great. ohh and any fruit, im a fruit addict, and now that it's summer you should use that to your advantage.

    their are lots of different bars that you could try out, that have less than 100 calories.

    i wouldnt recommend cheese sticks or anything that you have to unfreeze.

    veggies, obviously, but i dont think that would taste good, unless you like celery, then you can add a tiny little bit of peanut butter.

    oh and eggs, a boiled egg has only 80 calories, lots of protein and keeps you full, but im not sure that counts as a snack.

    oh and i know i said fruit, but that excludes bananas and grapes, but try more watermelon, strawberries and raspberries (berries in general). and cucumbers are fantastic, those are the only vegetable i tolerate and are RIDICULOUSLY low in calories, 15 calories per 100 grams.
