"el escondite's " right. jimadores are especially known in jalisco mexico. to be specific tequila jalisco and arandas jalisco are full or agave plants ( what tequila's made of). people from all around mexico and guatemala go to Arandas Jalisco and Tequila jalisco to work as a jimador.

Same as anywhere, but of you want something a little different, how about a "jimador" -- the guy that harvests agave plants to make tequila. Definitely a Mexican job!
