  1. italian wedding soup, sausage and peppers, meatball subs, spaghetti and meatballs, veal parm, chicken caccitorre, pasta faggioli, raviolis, lasagna, bruchetta bread, anitpasto, tortelinni, clams with linguine, minestrone......did i miss anything


  2. well if you're going for a well known dish...either pizza or spaghetti. Italy specializes in many other past dishes as well, for example rigattoni, lasagna, ravioli, etc. Specialty ingredients include melanzana (eggplant), carciofo (artichoke), and fagiolini (green beans).

    Italy is well known for its cuisine...I think these two websites are pretty straightforward, the get straight to the point: Italian food.
