well some great ones I've read are Mekakushi no Kuni (Land of the Blindfolded) about these three teenagers who could see the past and future and how they went about their school life and all, HanaKimi which was about this girl who admired this one guy when he did the high jump and about how she went as far as to chop of her hair and apply at the all boys boarding school that he went to (very funny and highly recommended if your looking for new manga has 145 chapters), MeruPuri which is about this 12 year old boy whose the prince of this magic country and how when hes in darkness he grows into a 17 year old and he can only return to normal with the "maiden's kiss" (very cute and by the same Manga-ka who did Vampire Knight), I-O-N which is about this girl who has this power where when she chants the letters of her name her wishes come true and she decides to devote herself to one man who wants to make his dreams come true one boy she meets and falls in love with created and experimental item that when given to Ion she gains telekinetic powers (veeeeeeery cute), and Full Moon O Sagashite about a girl who loves to sing but has throat cancer one day a pair of Shinigami come to her and tell her she only has one year left to live she then asks one of them to make her dream come true so she would have no regrets when she died which was to become a famous singer (veeeery cute has a happy ending too ^^)
