I would consider the main middle eastern countries as, and their capitals:

Israel = Jerusalem

Palestine = Jerusalem

Lebanon = Beirut

Syria = Damascus

Jordan = Amman

Iraq = Bagdad

Kuwait = Kuwait City

Mr Stig is right - there are loads more than just 5. However, I'll give you details on some of the arabian countries:

United Arab Emirates - (capital Abu Dhabi)

Oman - (capital Muscat)

Yemen - (capital Sa'naa)

Saudi Arabia - (capital Riyadh)

Bahrain - (capital Manama)

Kuwait - (capital Kuwait City)

Qatar - (capital Doha)

There's a lot more than five. Lebanon, Israel, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, etc etc. Which five did you want?
