What are the Symptoms for twins?

I have been feeling really sick and my tummy hurts, my head hurts, i feel like i want to throw up but i try to hold it in, i know this might sound gross but i also have bad gas. I am about 8 weeks pregnant and I'm just now found out that i was pregnant the doctor's assistant said that my appointment was till Aug 31st!!!! i need some ANSWERS ........Help!

The symptoms you're experiencing are ones that almost every pregnant woman faces no matter how many children she's carrying so don't worry! It's all perfectly normal! Your body is also going to go through many other crazy changes and they won't be feeling so well either- your b*****s may begin to feel heavy and extremely sore (wearing a sports bra to bed can help with this).  You may also feel constipated along with feeling gassy (drinking water can help with this). These are just a FEW of the symptoms you'll be facing early on (also, frequent urination).  

Keeping some water and saltines by your bedside may help with your nausea in the mornings when you get out of bed- something bland while also subsiding the upside-down stomach feeling.  Your Doctor will talk to you about all of this during your appointment. You only have a week left until your appointment so try to hang tight! (Generally your first Doctor's appointment is scheduled after your 8th week because you are unable to really see anything before then).  Good luck!! :)
