  1. You may hit the ball only three times in succession. When serving, your foot must not touch or step over the serving line. When digging or passing near the net, you cannot go under the net at all. You cannot block a serve. You cannot touch the ball twice in a row, that is considered a double hit. When passing, don't swing your arms. When setting, set the ball from your finger tips. Don't smack it with your palm, or lift it up with your hands. That is called a lift. Call the ball, chase after every ball, never give up on a play. The most important thing?? Have confidence!!!

  2. You need to know don't touch the net your will get called for it and the other teem will get the point. Put your hands together when you hit the ball. When setting us the tips of your fingers. Spiking you need to work on your steep and don't try to kill the ball. I hope this will be a little help to you. Good luck
