    Mr. Color Paints (solvent based, not aqueous)

    Mr. Thinner

    Artist-grade Soft Chalk pastels (NOT oil pastels)

    Mr. Super Clear Flat as a sealant

    A bunch of Soft-Bristle Brushes (use a thin one!)

    X-acto Knife

    Human-sized eyelashes (Optional)

    and A Palette Paper
