What ballast do i get?

I have a graphic design table that originally takes 2x 40W T12 bulbs and am converting it to Australian standards.

So what I'm after is a ballast for 2x36W T8 tubes that can handle 240v and perform at high frequency (around 100Hz, Not necessary but preferred).

But in Australia our ballasts are in bits n pieces not one big box like US has that is much simpler. Also the cost is far greater here $150+ compared to $25 (+shipping).

Most here will handel up to 277 volt(you might have to wire tubes in series as opposed to parallel. I am sure your local big hardware store can get you what you need but if not..http://www.1000bulbs.com/images/PDF/Adva...
