What can I replace Kahlua with?

I'm making Tiramisu, and is there anything I can replace Kahlua/coffee liqueur with??

You could use SCL = starbuck&#039;s coffee liquor - sold at 7-11 in teeny tiny jars for like $2.05

HOME BREW KAHLUA

3/4 C water

1 C sugar

1 1/2 - 2 C vodka

7 tsp instant coffee

1 C white Karo syrup

1-2 ts vanilla flavoring

Bring water to boil: add instant coffee. Stir; add sugar. Slowly boil mixture for 8 minutes without stirring; cool. Combine Karo syrup and vodka in bottle. add coffee syrup and and shake bottle to mix. Good on the rocks or mixed half kahlua and half milk. if you perfer not so sweet, decrease amount of Karo syrup.

** I have never purchased kah - I always make it - it is So good!

maybe try...baileys...but even if not that I am sure flavoured rum extract might work with some coffee..

Easy Tiramisu

Makes 6

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

    * 3 egg yolks

    * 1/4 cup white sugar

    * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    * 1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese

    * 24 ladyfingers

    * 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee

    * 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

   1. In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth and light yellow. Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside.

   2. Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange 12 of them in the bottom of an 8x8 inch dish. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with remaining cookies and mascarpone. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.
